Join us for a course of six one hour Legs, Bums and Tums fitness training sessions.
Matt has helped transform the health, fitness and habitual behaviours of numerous clients – enabling them to become the healthiest and best versions of themselves.

We’ll start with a free online consultation and an introduction into what to expect. Once you’re happy we’ll book you in.
Our sessions will only have a maximum of four people and will run on Wednesday 10.30am -11.30am kicking off in May 2021 – £75 for course of 6.
Our legs, bums and tums sessions exercises your legs, core, lower back and glutes; great for toning, fat loss and muscular endurance.
Matt will guide you as you tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach, great for women and men of all ages.

Legs, Bums and Tums
All classes are suitable for beginners, no pressure.
This is a low impact class, with an element of cardiovascular work and suitable for all levels of fitness. LBT’s is a light-hearted class which will tone and shape the targeted areas, as well as increase stamina and cardiovascular fitness overall.
Legs, bums and tums is great for people who want to lose weight, being a top calorie burner while targeting those tricky areas.
